Brian Mulvaney is the founder of Mulvaney Commercial Advisors, with 39 years of commercial real estate experience across San Diego and the United States. The only active SIOR and CCIM in San Diego and past president of both chapters (SIOR 2011, CCIM 2009), he has completed transactions exceeding 17.3 million square feet and over $1.3 billion in total consideration, specializing in investment sales, corporate services, and the leasing of R&D, laboratory, industrial, office, and life science space. Active in local charities and the San Diego commercial real estate community, Brian is known for his integrity, deep market knowledge, and a disciplined approach to creating lasting value for his clients.

Current Vice President of the San Diego SIOR chapter and Voit’s 2015 Rising Star, Josh leads new business development and transaction management for the team, specializing in industrial, office, and investment real estate along the I-15 corridor and greater San Diego. Known for superior market knowledge and a rigorous, hands-on research process, he builds his insight first-hand through direct relationships with the owners, users, and investors who shape the market, backed by Voit’s extensive resources.

A Cal Poly San Luis Obispo business graduate, Danny began in multifamily property management and leasing before moving into industrial brokerage. A recipient of the Grinder Award, which recognizes young brokers for exceptional commitment and energy, he takes a boots-on-the-ground approach, prospecting in person to stay close to what tenants and owner-users are doing. Danny credits a disciplined routine and the right mindset for his consistency, and he’s driven by genuine relationships and a belief that you can help nearly everyone you meet.

A San Diego native and recent Northern Arizona University graduate, Seamus is the newest member of the team. He brings a passion for AI and technology to the firm’s daily commercial real estate work, putting modern tools to work so the team operates more efficiently and stays ahead.
Josh Brant
Regional Director of Research
Josh brings over a decade of commercial real estate research experience, beginning with a California Appraiser’s License and a run at CoStar, the largest third-party provider of CRE data, where he was recognized multiple times as a top performer. He supplies the statistics, insight, and market reporting behind the team’s presentations and marketing and oversees its research databases. Having analyzed nearly every property type across North America for both regional and Fortune 500 brokerages, Josh has contributed to deals from small leases to nine-figure sales and been featured in local and national industry publications.
Penny Delgallego
Senior Client Coordinator
Penny keeps the team’s transactions moving, handling transactional support from proposals and letters of intent to leases and contracts. She also leads the team’s advertising and marketing, producing flyers, offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, mailers, and all of the collateral that brings each listing to market.
