Brian is one of the few commercial real estate professionals to hold both the SIOR and CCIM designations, and the only active broker in San Diego to carry both. The SIOR designation recognizes leading office and industrial brokers, while the CCIM designation reflects advanced command of the financial and market analysis behind sound investment decisions. Earning either is an achievement; holding both places Brian in a rare class of advisors.
In addition to his SIOR and CCIM designations, Brian has pursued formal cGMP training through UC San Diego and keeps current with the standards as they evolve. For biotech and life science clients, that translates to an advisor who understands cGMP from the inside: what a space has to do to pass, how clean rooms, labs, and manufacturing suites are built to standard, and what a facility needs to stay compliant.
