For the past 32 years, Brian Mulvaney, Senior Vice President and Partner at Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, has specialized in Investment Sales and Corporate Services, as well as the sale and leasing of R&D, Industrial, Office, and High Tech/Life Science properties in the San Diego region, and nationally. He has extensive experience in all commercial product types and has transacted a large number of investment properties.

His long term involvement in landlord asset leasing services and impressive track record of corporate services work, gives Brian a unique ability to understand all components of income property, including how to maximize value and investment returns. Brian has transacted more than 16.5 million square feet of office, R&D, laboratory, industrial and retail space valued at over $900 Million in total consideration. He is highly involved in the local Chapters of SIOR (2011 President), CCIM (2009 President) and NAIOP.

Brian has created a very strong Asset and Investment Service Group of highly qualified individuals, operating on a state of the art platform. This team has produced remarkable asset leasing and investment results for private, corporate and institutional clients. Brian is extremely committed to his clients, their financial success and the stability of their commercial real estate assets.

Josh West joined Voit Real Estate Services after graduating from Washington State University. As an integral member of the firm, Josh has primary responsibility for new business development and transaction management. His strong work ethic, attention to detail and desire to serve has helped Josh shine as the firm’s 2015 Rising Star.

Backed by Voit’s extensive resources, Josh is known for having superior market knowledge and insight into trends affecting real estate decisions, along with a reputation for cooperation and professionalism with his peers in the industry. He believes that true market knowledge comes as a result of a meticulous and painstaking process of research, field work, and consistent followup over time. While others often rely on outside resources for their market knowledge, Josh is committed to gathering his first-hand through face-to-face contact with every owner, user, and investor.

Danielle joined Voit Real Estate Services in 2016. Currently, she works in collaboration with The Mulvaney Commercial Alliance to provide transactional support, as well as prepare proposals, LOI’s, leases and contracts.

Danielle also runs the team’s advertising and marketing cam­paigns including designing flyers, offering memorandums, brokers opinion of value, mailers, and all other marketing collateral.

Danielle’s background in real estate allows her to provide clients with valuable information and exceptional customer service.
